I am looking for the Haynes type manual that gives you details of how to strip the engine down.

I am not running a normal RS 50, I am only using the engine in a Honda GP RS125 Chassis for racing in a 50cc endurance race cup.

Are these available?

Haynes dont do any manuals for Aprilia, official ones from aprilia are available but dunno if they are like haynes with the write ups on what to do. If you look in the technical forum at

there will be some i just need to add them, got diagrams for both am6 and am5 engines, will be working on sorting parts list, probably do it as a big database style thing.

Try www.easyparts.nl/ (http://www.easyparts.nl/) they have it online.
Choose "Originele onderdelen" and you will find Aprilia.
