....is it a big job? and how long (labour-wise) should it take an aprilia workshop?

I would suggest a mechanic who's done the job before could have it in and out in a minimum of 4 hours.

It's not a little job. brake chain, wheel off, shock out, exhaust loosened, from headers, mid section pipe out, undo special castle nut, with Aprilia tool. Swingarm out.

Just reverse procedure to get it all back together.

It took me about 6.5 hours on my own to get it done, on my Falco.

It will take a qualified mechanic at least 4 hours to do that ? he should be ashamed of himself

oops i stand corrected..didnt see the in/out bit....2 hrs one way sounds better
