well it's obviously been raced, but has a sweet exhaust in the deal. If you got it for about 80% the price of a one owner road bike then I guess you're doing well.

Down under i've found racebikes 65-85% the price of bikes in shops, and half the bikes in shops have been raced anyway.

Oh and thats without factoring the exhaust into the deal.

The bike show no evidence of being raced. The privious owner cliams he had it as an ornament. The original tires are still on the bike.

check for lever damage around the rims. why would you safety wire an ornament? alot of race bikes are better looked after than road bikes.

so when do we find out how much? :D

and even if it was raced it could still be a good deal, like dowzer said most race bikes are looked after for a while, but I've met riders who think maintenance involves topping up the petrol and oil. (until it stops :p )

Yes I'm in the US. I dont think it registerable . YET? I may be able to register it in the state of Vermont. Even without the lights. I know a couple of RS owners who installed the lights and were able to register there. I'm going to try without lights.
