HI Lemon
Yes thanks, i used some nylon string and slotted that into the manifolds, then used the sealent, and touch wood its sealed ok. I only went for a 10 minute thrash but it seems to pull the same from 7500 then when it hits 9500 it goes harder! Im usin 260/270 jets.
Is this the same power gain you experienced? What jets are you using?
Thanks-well appreciated

280/290 jets in at the moment and it runs crisp throughout the revs.
?When you got your pipes did you get a s/s exhaust bracket
with them if so was it very hard to fit because mine wouldent
line up with the pipes i think that stu give me a bracket for an rgv.
When i was fitting the springs on my pipes i sliped with a
screw driver and went straight through the radiator:eek:       smokin:lol:

HI Lemon
You are running a high flow filter tho rite?
So you need bigger jettin, but yeah mine seems good!
Yeah i got a bracket that i had to chop bend and reweld to get to fit. Its either an RGV or a new shape rs bracket-mines a 1997.
When i put my springs on i use a bent welding rod to pull them over! Gutted bout your rad, did you get a new one ok? I will post a pic of the bike with the pipes on in a bit for you to see what i did with the bracket.
Thanks

Thats 1 clean bike mate
In my veiw the old shape look
100 times better than the new 1`s
For the money that you pay for those pipes you would expect the f$%king bracket to fit - mine was about 4"out:mad:
my bike is the chesterfield that spanairRs125 put in
that old mad max post...
