How did you do it? I bought a European taillight and have yet to install it. I'm assuming you have to take all the the plastics off the subframe ?

The biggest problem is that on fastener of side panel to the large black piece. You need to grab and pull the centre of the fastener. If it has been pushed in to far it is impossible to get. On one side i managed to use a trim tool to pry it out. on the other side I had to use a blade to cut the head off. Going to hardware/automotive store today to see if I can find something better.

I will post a pic of new fastener if I find one.

Good luck.

Those pushpins are easily replaced with an M5 clip on nut and a mushroom head bolt. Same as other body panels. I got mine as a part of RSV4 tail kit for my TV4. If you are careful, they can be installed on the battery tray without removing the tank or unscrewing battery tray from the subframe.

It can be a little bit of a pain in the behind..

Might wanna have an extra set of hands help out during the procedure.

Does anyone know the part number for the push through fastener? I have read through the parts diagram about 20 times now and I can not find the part or part number...

Thanks!
