Just got a set of Q3s (190/55 and 120/70) for less than $250 - before the rebate. Net cost will be under $200. Woohoo. A certain dealer (ATV dealer in mountains near Denver - if you can't figure it out -tough) who is not a forum sponsor is giving them away.

Time to give up on my local multi-line dealer (including Aprilia). They wanted an extra $100 for the same tires. I want to support the local dealer and all, but not at a 50% premium (net after rebate).

Are we not allowed to mention vendors that aren't Af1 or something? I know which website you're talking about, they're great. Best prices on the web and super fast shipping.

It's bad form. AF1 does a great job on many things - but they do not see crazy enough to give away tires at or below cost.

Rear doesn't come in a 200/55/17...

Good call, I guess I didn't even realize that AF1 sold tires!

No one is selling it below cost as the rebate comes from the manufacturer to you and the distributor continues to sell at the price point that they have.

This is the only reason I went out and tried the new Bridgestone RS10's, as for some reason Q3's only come in a 200/50. I'm hoping that they are as good as a Q3.

FWIW, the bike handles great with the 190/55 Q3.

Without a doubt. I was able to pick up RS10's cheaper than Q3's even with a rebate and them being 200/55 rear so I figured what the hell, let's see what the buzz is about. Q2's were my favorite tire for a long time on many different bikes and perfectly fine for track time, especially on a 600, and I imagine the Q3's would not be anything less.

I got a set cause of the rebate, since I only have 500 miles on the stock Pilot Power 3's it might be a few months till I spoon them on.

Same here, I have a set of RS10s sitting in my garage waiting for my current Q3s to wear out (soon by the looks of it). Looking forward to trying them out!
