Too bad you are in the U.K., I'd love to get ahold of those plastics.

From what I've read, 70cc kits are like mild tuning which will run fine on a stock bike. When going for the likes of the 110cc big bore kit, a performance crank, new clutch plates, stiffer springs etc is needed. (Personally, I find my stock 50cc quite enjoyable, but all to their own). Also, don't go for the cheap kits off ebay, because the ports are smaller/in the wrong place and appear to be very poorly made. I also read that people prefer cast iron bbks in favour of aluminium ones (I think they're easier maintained or something along those lines).

Finally, I'll take those fairings off your hands if you don't want them! haha

*Search the forum for more technicals on BBKs, some very knowledgeable people on here.

Looks well, I'd look around for reviews on it though as some seem very prone to problems. Also, at 344 euro it seems quite expensive...
I think with an 80cc+ bbk and fast pipe, you should switch your reed petals to in the range of 0.30mm/0.40mm. Also, re-jetting the carb and modifying the air filter box are options you could explore.

PM me please so we can sort out p&p.

Before you start buying any tuning goodies, you ought to write down what you want to achieve with the bike. Otherwise, you'll get carried away and buy parts you don't really need. You also have to ask yourself a few questions. Like: How long am I going to keep the bike? It's a bit pointless spending a heap of cash building an 80mph road racer, if you're going to sell it after a year (The person after you gets all of the benefit). Speaking of which....

Lower speeds = Longer life. Or: The candle that burns twice as bright, burns for half as long. In Aprilia speak: A bike that does 60mph will last longer between rebuilds than a bike that does 80mph. It's worth remembering this when you decide what you want the bike to do.

really want a 80mph bike, looking to keep and want to use the best parts that i can, rather than buying crap a few times, im wanting to keep the am6 lump and upgrade so she is reliable but loads of fun, im into adding hp, my last project is enid, a 1967 cm91, turned her ito a 201cc with 15hp wet shot of nitrous giving around 40bhp at back wheel

Well. With that modified Honda Cub, you've proved one thing. You're a total screwball and a 80mph Aprilia RS50 is certainly for you.

Your first port of call is the crank. Generally speaking, I'd go for a Doppler Endurance crank (I have one in my other engine). One small problem. It has the standard stroke. If you want to go above 80cc, you'll need a crank with a longer stroke. The kit suggested by Patrick in the AM6 Engine thread is well worth a look. Top Performance make some good stuff. However, make sure that the name is written on the parts. Their stuff is often cloned.

Should fine yes, and like you said, it comes with a 44mm crankshaft, so not only is it a longer stroke/larger displacment, but if you look at a good normal stroke big bore kit with a good reinforced crank you probably pay the same price or even more.

I still want to change my rear subframe since it has a monoseat on there, only cut the front bracket fror the passenger seat out and the rear one has a bracket with long spacers and long bolts holding the undertray where the tailight falls over the bolts, but anything on that bike is on hold indefenatly now since they chhanged regulations again and they now impound your registrations at just 35mph here, and at 45mph they revoke your drivers licence for any motorised vehicle so im not taking any risks with it untill i got the money to get a mortorcycle licence and re-register the bike as a motorcycle.
