Has anyone gone down one tooth on the front sprocket if so did it make much difference will it lift the front wheel in second and stop the chugging around town speeds...

I dropped mine down to 15t in the front. It certainly helps around town, but isn't dramatic only changes RPM by a couple hundred. Haven't tried 2nd gear wheelie, but I'm guessing you still need to clutch it up. For the money, it's a solid upgrade.

I have the 15t on my 2011 and I have had the front end come up in second but not intentionally.

This bike will power wheelie in 2nd gear without any sproket mod...:)

I went from 40 to 42 in the back and it made a difference. Commuting around town is smoother, and you can roll-on wheelie in 2nd fairly easily without any clutch. Other's on this forum or the 750 Dorso forum have dropped the front sprocket... I believe there are threads on the topic.
