Hi everyone,

I just bought a 2012 Doroso 1200. Owners manual didn't come with it. Any idea where I can get one, preferably for free?

Also any of the Southern California owners out there who could tell me if there are any Aprilia dealers around the Los Angeles area who could competently install the latest engine map also preferably for free or for a small nominal charge...

Thanks in advance

Sideout.

Hello Sideout,

I got my Owner manual copy from here: http://www.aprilia.com.au/ownermanual.html

Great. Thanks Hamzeh.
Just ordered one. They only had the option for the ABS version of the Dorso. And although my Dorso isn't the ABS version I am pretty sure owners manuals for both version are rather close.

Been getting a few calls about Dorso 1200 maps lately.
I have the latest updates and can install the new maps per bulletin tech 2013-004.

Can you shed some light on what bulletin tech 2013-004 is? My Aprilia dealer implied that there were no new maps for the dorsoso 1.2 after the universal map that came with the 2012 Dorsoduro 1.2

Ask your dealer to log onto the Aprilia service site and read that bulletin.

What is Dorsoduro 1.2?

1.2 is the Euro designation for the 1200. 1.2 liters or 1200 cc. Badging on the bikes is either 750 or 1.2
