Hello fellow Tuono'ers

Took my 2007 Tuono for its 6000 miles service at Southern Cross Motorcycles today, took the oppertunity to get a dyno run.

The bikes pretty much stock, with just an Arrows end can (alu) with map2 and a after-market slave clutch.
Rear tire pressure was 39psi and oil was 10-40w (if that makes a difference). Oh and Baffles where in...

Here's the dyno chart (sorry its a bit sideways ;))

263471

126 ponies at the rear wheel seems pretty good, with 70 ft/lbs.

Any one know how more you can expect with the baffles out?

Cheers

completly forgot the baffles where in, so didn't really have the mindset to ask. They did say it was one of the more potent stockers they've seen recently, was happy with that. Let's hope the rear tire appreciates it cos it was looking glazed coming off the dyno

I know, I know...but I ran my Superduke 990 with the baffles out of the Akpovs and TBH the neighborhood is still recovering from that experience :-) Thought Id be more gentle on them this time round.

You could think of it as a community service. It's good exercise to get out of your chair, walk to the window and vigorously pull back the curtain ;)

Found an old video of my good old DUKE, spitting out flames and setting of car alarms on the first blip of the throttle..

That's great 126. My 2010 turned 116 with Akra slip on and idk what map. It was a free dyno run and guy was trying to sell Power Comanders though. He said my bike was running lean, guess that means map 1. Baffles were out and my buddy said it was the loudest bike at the track that day.

Rear tire pressure was 28 cold, oil was whatever the book calls for. Was probably about 90 that day, July or August.
