I am getting this bike tuned in slowly as I worrk a lot but so far I am getting better response I am using the correct atomizer now . 107 main jet a w7 needle on second from top notch. I have thick .40 reeds. It is still has a hesitation I can go wide open throttle and it seems to pull it's not bogging like it used to when I pulled the throttle all the way open. Was adjusting it at the mix screw to get it to respond better.

Stiffer reeds mean they open a bit later and less far close faster, to thin reeds might close to late or might even flutter (dont close at all) a higher rpms.

You can try 0.35mm reeds, if you bought a Malossi set you would have gotten 0.30, 0.35 and 0.40mm so you can experiment with it and see what gives you the best throttle responce.
