i am giving up the best commuter i've had the pleasure of riding. an '06 crate bike capo that was $9g otd in October '09. almost 78k miles since then. the first thing i read about was the fuel connectors. bing! instant gratification. i have all the issues sorted now but am getting old and fat. i figure if i was in the fiat i should move to the alfa romeo. i am, going to buy the bike without a test ride. JK. the parts guys don't know. i am a 365/rain or shine rider. i have the gear (spidi) to make sure i'm good. the old capo was a dream in foul weather. the worse the weather the more confident i was. pilot road 3 tires and an easy wrist and you were gold. i'm not looking at any posts regarding mpg or that sort. i'm just going to enjoy going to work and back home. maybe i can get something more than 1200 miles of pleasure riding out of the next 77k on this capo. i doubt it. my only question is what is the L capacity of the OEM top box? pictures to follow. grins already.

I'm coming up to 14,500 miles now - definitely no problems in wet weather 100% reliable in all weather so far.

Congrats and welcome! Here's hoping you'll be as chuffed as we all seem to be with our rides :)

Did you buy the first one out of Rockridge Two Wheels?

no. i am getting it from scuderia in sf. it's the wife's surprise. i was at rr2w today as a matter of fact. ken the mechanic is a genius. i like darren too. Darragh is just a typical mick. Don't bash me, i'm one too. he can be ultra frustrating to the unaware parts customer. i really like the entire crew. 5 stars.
