Hi all!
I need clutch set from my DD1200, partnumber is 877812. fig. 10:

This site gives me the price in 34$. Is can not be. Maybe wrong partnumber...
Can clarify the situation - what should I order?

Or 34$ is price per 1 disc?

I would guess its price per disc

I continue the story ...
Ordered from my authorized dealer 10 friction clutch discs (see fig. 10 of title post). A week later, after they ordered, it turned out that we had to order more, and lathed driving friction disc (see fig. 13) and six springs (see fig 5).These positions decided to book here on AF1. Placed an order on April 22.
Friction clutch discs that I ordered from authorized dealer, came to me after 7 weeks.
Lathed disc and spring came to me only yesterday! That is, I was waiting for them exactly 3 months. Ed Cook wrote to me that the internal drive is not available even in Italy, because such delays. Aftermarket clutch-kits on this bike does not exist.
Ed! Thank you very much for sending, but now I would like to say how all this could have been avoided.

I have a friend, he has a DD750. It so happened that he, too, needed a set of friction clutch discs. He had more luck - at AF1 have already two such sets of production Hongzheng (http://www.af1racing.com/store/Scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=61121) and Adler (http://www.af1racing.com/store/Scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=56987). He ordered a set of production Adler - 9 friction dicsc, 1 lathed driving disc, steel discs and 6 springs. All this cost about $ 250 with shipping to Russia and arrived here about 2 weeks (compare with 3 months of waiting my order...)
Here is a picture of clutch set from DD750:

Pay attention to the quality of the disc and friction coating. In my opinion, it is simply ugly - all crooked, as if drunk nail file, the friction material is very thin and applied to an aluminum substrate something like:

And it costs as much as $ 34 apiece?
At first we thought we sold worn clutch set. While clutch discs for DD1200 exactly the same situation.
Aprilia shame for such quality parts!

But a comparison of speed with the lathed disc DD750 and DD1200 (In the first photo discs lie on each other):
Seeing that the friction and lathed discs for DD 750 and DD for 1200 are similar in size, we have measured them and found that they are completely identical, despite the fact that they are marked in microfiches different numbers!
And how do you mean? Why manufacturer microfiche indicates that they are different and creates artificial scarcity of spare parts for DD1200?
While the complete set of clutch DD1200 costs almost three times more expensive kit DD750 - almost $ 650 with shipping!

Thus, in order not to wait for 3 months, while in Italy there are no clutch plates and pay three times the price of a 10 friction discs and 1 lathed driving friction disc from DD750, clutch springs still have to be ordered from the DD1200. Steel discs between itself did not compare, but with a very high probability they are also interchangeable.

Moreover - I saw a set of friction clutch discs from RSV4 (production EBC СК6681). Of friction clutch discs DD1200 they differ only in thickness (3 mm from RSV4 vs. 2,6 mm from DD1200) and wide of mounting studs:

Number of discs in the same set - 10 pieces. You can take a set of discs from RSV4, put them together and pierce all mounting studs to 2 mm. Such modified wheels stand in clutch basket DD1200 as the original.
The quality of products EBC incomparably higher level than the original discs Aprilia.
And this value is five times cheaper. But I have to tinker with mounting studs ... If you need to urgently change the clutch kit and do not have time to wait for discs from Italy - it is quite normal variant.

My friend wrote a letter to EBC with a question - when they start releasing clutch kits for the DD750 and DD1200.
What he said:

"Thank you for your e-mail – no sorry I do not have a listing for this model as yet - I will look at it later in the year,
Thank you
Jon Wright."

Measured the thickness of the new friction and new lathed driving friction discs for DD 750 and DD1200:

Thickness of friction discs:
DD750 - 2,5 mm (in service manual - nominal thickness is 2,5 mm)
DD1200 - 2,6 mm (in service manual - minimum thickness is 1,95 mm)

Thickness of lathed driving friction discs:
DD750 - 3,1 mm (in service manual - nominal thickness is 2,95 ...3,05 mm)
DD1200 - 3,0 mm (in service manual - minimum thickness is 2,75 mm)

So my clutch is now slipping on my 2011 dorsoduro 1200, I have bought all necessary parts to replace the clutch assembly, has anyone seen a tutorial for the installation of it, I just don't want to mess anything up. Also does anyone have any tips when installing a new clutch assembly and plates? Thank you very much!
