first track day with the dorso,
OMG i can imagine the faces of the the guys with zx10, r1, cbr1000, ducatis, when the dorso pass them by like a rocket lol!
managed to do 160mph on the straightaway, but she wobbles like crazy....
any recomendations on a steering damper?
bike is totally different with the new leo's and maps.
here are some pics.

Great shots, mariano, and good to see you mixing it up with the sportsbikes. Nice work.

Jealous of your Florida weather!

Hoping to get my D1200 onto Brands Hatch in a few weeks - and am also interested in a steering damper. Beyond 90mph the steering gets a bit frisky.

I hit 158 the other day and it was rock solid. Do a quick search on suspension settings on here. That will help. I few of us had sightly different front preload settings (left fork, right fork) from the factory. Nice pics by the way:)

I had issues with steering head shake at high speed i have had forks revalved and have done all the suspension stuff suggested on here as well, i have put it down to holding on too tight. I have found if you use a very relaxed grip it is very stable. If you hold on too tight you introduce small steering movements and corrections you probably done even realise your doing it and once the head shake starts the only way to stop is to slow down, i have found this to be a cheap easy fix in my case.

And softening rear suspension should help...

+1 with Lanter. I have thew forks pulled up a bit ( +3mm) and it has helped weigh the front better.

What map did you end up using? I have the Leo's as well with the Arrow map and it is crazy rich everywhere in the RPM range, barely idles it's so rich right now.

160mph? Damn how long was that straight? My Dorso topped out at 155mph on the Autobahn...
