Mine steams up when I wash it (very infrequently), but other than that, seems fine..

Well I take it you still have a 2 year warrantee on new aprilia's...so you got plenty of time to get them to give you a new light, try dropping a hint at the next service...:rolleyes:

Should think so too...my Capo 1000 headlamp is still like new after almost 40,000 miles ...:rolleyes:

I assume the lights are not sealed beam units, to allow the bulbs to be changed. If they are the same as other motorcycles, then the condensation issue can be solved without a warranty exchange. You remove the rubber seals over the back of the bulbs, remove the bulb assemblies, and then blow jently into the lamp housings with a hair dryer to remove all damp air. Then (preferably in a warm environment) insert the bulb assemblies again, and stretch the rubber seals over the rear of the making sure the seals fit tightly over the rear of the lamp housings.
