Check out scootnfast's step by step

He's the dude for custom rear end jobbies!

But being an englishman myself, you may want to go for something a bit more Mr Plod friendly so check out mine on the 'Scratched and Scraped SR' post.

Hope this helps,

Make it look like this :D

-build the indicators into back light
-sprayed backlight covers red
-white glasses
-sawed of the mudguard

Looks a lot better than before...

I think individuality and personality is the key when it comes to customisation...

But SR50, I hate to say it, and it's just one guy's opinion, but your scoot is butt ugly. There's some cool stuff on there, but it's just kind of loud and the colors clash. To each his own.

or you could just buy the pieces for about the same cost as the stuff you need to do it yourself anyway.

Purple rims are going black or silver soon so they will look pretty sweet...

Keep in mind my scoot has not yet reached COMPLETION and is still in the development stage... :D

Black, Grey and Chrome go well...FACT ... the yellow gives it a touch of individuality that other scoots lack.. I personally hate to conform and here in ENGLAND the stlye is far different to america.

And all the people here love it so I'm pleased...

With no pics of how a pretty scoot should look on this forum (i.e. yours?!) then how am I to know what looks good?

I guess you could say mine is a work in progress as well. I've done a few things (fine details), but it is mainly the standard red color scheme. Mine definitely needs some individuality. I live in a city of over a million, and I've only seen one SR50 since I got mine, so whatever I do will be unique around here. I'll get some pics up tonight.

The clip could have come out of its own accord, due to the vibrations that your scoot gives off although this seems unlikely because its a rare thing to happen?!

Could it have been loose before?

It wasnt the clip holding the brake pad in it was the 2 bolts holding the caliper on!!

It seems that it wouldn't require any more energy to type in English instead of IM, and it would help sharpen your job skills at the same time.
