just out of curiosity why does everyone seem to want a single seat, personally i love taking passengers and i think on the new shape it looks better with a seat but the old shape it does look a little better without :/

also i love your exhaust mate do they come like that stock on your model ?????

haha i love the single seat look on the 99-05 models and as im only 16 and not legal to take passengers, and without the seat there isnt no temptation
so its just win win for me ;)

and cheers man, sounds so good!! ill upload a video tomorrow when the bike is warm :rambo:

but no its a polini evolution exhaust, better in everyway over standard! :D

Should sound a little sharper, just be verry carefull even wen you have it done at the dealers, wouldnt be the first time some 4 stroke mechanic sets it up wrong (to lean)

nah it should be fine! the garage i take it to is good and the mechanic i have work on my bike specialises in 2strokers, used to race 2 stroke mopeds that were tuned to fuck!

and may i add he has A aprilia rs250 :O:O:O
i want it so bad!!! so i think i trust him with my little rs50 ;)

also hes told me to be careful running it in and to really do some miles for running it in as its a single ring piston..
and he said my powerband will be higher than it is now (about 8000/8500rpm) but will be muchh harder powerband ;D

the kit also came with reeds so i guess they will be the right strength? :)

hes putting in the biggest jet i have which is an 89 mainjet till its run in, then will change down and set it up again :)

sorry about all the questions patrick, honest... ;)

Those single piston ring kits need less miles to run in than one with 2 rings actualy mate.

If it was a reall Evo kit than by the time you tink it would be run in, it would already be worn out :p:

Reeds that came with the kit should be exactly right for your setup.

And if you fit a 89, make sure its not to big, would be a shame if you blew the crankseals because it floods as starting.

o really? how long you think? :P jjust done a 100km or so tonight, not doing much more than 40/50 because my mates are flat out :L
but every now then was going to about 10000rpm :P but was sat around 7/8000 rpm
is that good?

its only for running in as you said it needs to be slightly bigger for running in anyway :)

and anyway the bike feels so much more smoother, better throttle responce

Think i told you how to run it in, so stick to that patern, though dont go further than 12.000rpm since you still got the stock crank.

No guaranties it wont seize but its the best way for running it in, i never had any run in isues with any of my bikes or setups that way, and always recomended customers to run it in that way, or even take the same twisty tour i always made to run things in.

Just take it easy the first 300km, than you can try to run it faster for longer perious of time.

As long as it runs and starts right with that bigger mainjet its not to big, so you should be ok than.

Keep an eye on the parkplug colour regulary.
