Do they have poor customer service and leave you waiting for parts for weeks or is it just to me?

I've had two encounters with them later, first one been waiting over 2 months for parts.. Second one, paid for items, received invoice saying I had paid then received an email saying the transaction failed!

i got most or my order 2 days late and i was waiting for the last bit for about a week and a half maybe - i think it's because they have to order some parts in because they don't stock them

I've been ordering my parts from easyparts.nl recently. they have lots of genuine parts in stock but still may have to order some in from aprilia. They only charge 8 euros for delivery unless you spend something like 80 or maybe 70 euros and some of the parts are cheaper. Their service is excellent! I'd recommend trying them next. Another good feature of ordering genuine parts from them is they tell you if there is an alternative part available.

i have to admit i love easyparts now but the only problem is i only speak English and dont understand half the website :) but over that that it's fast delivery and great service

there is a flag in the top right hand corner to select your language. That makes it a bit easier to understand!
