Got one-buy it. check the recalls, there is one on bleeding the rear brake. That will last a week. I agree w/ Mac of Duart -15/42. It is a really fine machine.

I sssume 15/42 is a sprocket combo. What is stock?

Also, the price is 8k, does this sound about right?

It is a great bike! As for price, I just recently bought a brand new left-over 2008 (0 miles) for $8255 out the door (tax, tag, and title).

I do like that one, but I also like the 2yr warranty on the new one.

What is the reason for the need to change the sprockets?

What is the reason for the need to change the sprockets?

More usable around town, better matching to local track conditions, personal driving style, etc.

I've never owned a bike where I didn't change the sprockets to better meet MY preferences as opposed to what the manufacturer thought them to be for generic, all-around use...

I picked up my 2007.5 last April with 2800 miles on it for $7000, I have not had any issues other than money disapearing from my wallet only to be found in the form of after market add ons, on the T.
