I had a plan like that for my AF1-50, Mito 125 front end, old Derbi GPR rear end, Dual or Single Undertray exhaust, should come out looking verry close to this:

All your bikes have that tail, don't they? Ever have any trouble with fitment?

I have used AirTech and Armour Bodies brands and the Airtechs are far better. Much thicker glass and the surface finish is much better, for easier prep. Fit is very good for both brands. Very easy to mount.

The baby Duc's would look really nice! Was thinking the 916 look suits the old Derbi GPR for sure. Would be cooler in a way to fit a 4T motor so the sounds works nicely too. I'm building a RVF750 replica in the similar way.

I don't think any of the Vtwin engines would be small enough, but perhaps a CBR125, or similar would work. I'm using a CRF150R motor personally.

The RS125 front end is very cool, maybe I should be looking for one like that for mine!!

It will look more like a 916 yeah, my side fairings got vents in the sides like the 916 does.
The AF-1 frame i got also has a Single Sided Swingarm like the Duc, wich will look really cool with the Exhaust bending up and going under the undertray.
And it will most likly have and difrent engine, just not sure wich, i got a RV-4, AM-6 and a Yamaha RD engine, but if i can get a Honda 4 Stroke or something for a really low price i might just stick that in there.

Main problem is i need to get a Registration for that Frame to make it Road Legal, but i still might do it (me and a mate with a big workshop) even if it has no registration on it and just keep it for show or sell it on (than having it registered will the the new owners problem)

But my main priority right now is my Boat and the RS50 needing a Rebuild, so probably will take a while before i start building this if i do.

It's an old Roland Sands Supersingles 450 fairing one of my buddy's gave after he got an updated set. I just had to trim it down a bit and cut out the front vent. I think it will turn out pretty kool whenever I get it done......to many project at once. If you keep your eyes open on CL and EBay you can usually find some neat old fairings you can mod.

Looks like the pretty old Michelin Pilot Sporty's to me...

I got the new ones my self, really great tires:

Anyway, i ran into this site: they also got fiberglass fairings for other brands:

Cool bike mate! Thanks for the feedback on the Airtech vs. Armour Bodies. I've always heard complaints about the quality and weight of Airtech parts and thought the Armour Bodies might be better. The Armour Bodies parts look pretty good on this bike http://forums.13x.com/showthread.php?t=165927
