Has anyone removed there evap system . will it trip a code ,and do I need block off plates for cylinder heads?

Thanks everyone ,should I vent two lines to the bottom of the bike or should I block the two lines off ?

After the removal of the canister you should have a second vent line now that canister's removed you can route it down with the other tank vent line. The other hose that goes into the canister you can just cap off. Be sure to remove the hose with one way valve in it.
