got a polini 80c racing top end on now, also got polini reeds and a 21mm carb, think im gonna buy the polini 19.5mm carb soon though and the polini inlet and air filter to match the whole set up?

best to keep the stock airbox and stick with the 21mm carb. your not gonna gain anything if you foit a 19.5mm Polini carb at all.
K&N pod style filters only cause problems for daily road use, and your engine wont last as long + theres no big performance gain from them.
Stock Airbox with Polini filter foam or other more open filter foam will give you better results for road use, or if you dont have the stock airbox fir a Go-Kart style airbox, thats even better with bigger carbs (24mm>)

I would never use a k&n filter, they're terrible, lose all the bottom end and they dont even filter little particles out anyway, i meant the polini filter foam for the stock airbox.

I want rid of the carb i've got because its just a cheapo chinese manufactured carb which i had no intention of keeping, just for trial as it was so cheap, the polini one seems so much more suited and its only 115 i think, would get the molissi 26mm carb but i think 190 is way to much for a carb for this bike

Looks ace! I'm thinking on re-spraying mine similar, but with bright green instead of the orange! :D

Personally I can't stand the 'fluro green' or 'monster energy green' just a stupid energy drink haha, the main reason I get it fluro orange was for safety because it was really visable to other road users :)

monster reps are nice but far too common :P

Not planning on having a Monster rep. Planning a gun metal grey with bright green, but in the Moto GP design

Either in the Green, or maybe a Blue? :)

I've decided to go for a slightly darker blue than the Rizla Suzuki. Its going off for paint in two weeks! :D Thinking this as a rough design... Let me know what you think :)

I don't do Facebook, so can't look at the pic, use Photobucket to upload and link images here, but i think its better if you start your own project threath on your bike.

yeah the exhaust is from adrenalin, and i don't have q clip, if you're getting the polini exhaust i hope youve got a 80cc kit? theyre not designed for standard. but with a polini 80cc kit, polini reeds, polini clutch and polini reeds and a 21mm carb it sounds beautiful and goes like shit off a stick, beats your usual boy racer corsa/saxo to about 75mph with 14/47 gearing. the screen bolts were from pro-bolt. cheers
