After seeing the solo tail on the bike, I think I am just going to paint everything white and get the wheels powder coated black and the rear shock spring red.

When you installed your solo tail, where were your mounting points besides the 4 in the mid section of the bike?

Also, how did you attach your exhaust besides the front 2 springs and that rubber mount, to get it to stay without the can holder?

Why you make your own Intake Manifold? you can buy ones that fit that Dellorto 21 and are ment for use with the Stock Airbox.
Infact you can buy them as a Kit, Manifold, Carb and the Adaptor (that you got on the back of the carb now)

I tried to get one of those but at the time everyone that I had tried to get one from were out of stock and didn't know when they were getting more, something about their distributors. It wasn't a big deal to make my own anyway

I dont run a can bracket, its stiff enough at the bottom mount, never had anything ever come loose. You can add two more mount bolts at the two
mounting points just behind the rear of the seat, youll see two mounting tabs on the subframe at that point.

Do you not run the lower saddle support, or do you modify it?

Since i just got the Tailend i cut off the front suport for the rear sadle and made a bracked under the rear one that holds my undertray but also prevents my chain and lock from getting to my taillight and break and short stuff.
With out it i also wound not be able to carry the weight of the lock and chain in there.
I got a kind of stiff foam hotglued to the inside of the monotail end to avoid the chain and lock slamming into it and posibly damadging the polyester/fiberglass.
The left Pasengerfottrest i cut off and sprayed it over so its just to suport the exhaust now.

You can Buy them, the one hese got is pretty easy to get, because its one piece with the Y pannels its a little lighter than mine.

Mine is rare/hard to find, but it just replaces the original rear pannel and seat, so you still have access to the Glove compartment.

I cut off the seat brackeds that normaly hold the passenger seat and made a Bracket that holds the Undertray up just behind the taillight, also added foam padding on the inbside of the fiberglass to prevent my chainlock damadging the fiberglas if i go over a bumb.
Much more space in the back now to store stuff.
