hi can u help please i need to change the crank seals on my engine how do i do it is it hard ???

dude if ur not mechanically inclined then i wouldnt attempt it. Taking it in may be the best thing.

lol I got chucked out for saying TJ lol, yea go there though mate. We have a lot more info on the 123 but if the seals are blown, you will have to split the engine.

changed crank seals today was quite easy actually didnt need to split engine and bike still pissed oil out after then my mate walked up took gearbox breather off and it was fine FFS that took the PISS:bangwall::soap::pissed:

Hi, im new to this forum, sorry to bring up an old thread but I dont no how to start a new one, I have just rebuilt my
Rotax 123 engine and its wrong.. The kickstart won't spring back, I would really appreciate it if someone could help me by telling me how to install it correctly.. I have done it how laverdaman.co.uk tells you to but its still not working.. Also before I put the engine back in the bike I could select gears, now that seems to have stopped working, I really need my bike sorted asap, if anyone could help or point me in the direction of a manual i would be very grateful..
