Yup,

I was surprised that there was no Ducati in there though, maybe it wasn't available at the time of the test.

Last in this weeks BIKE magazine. Superduke takes it down against Tuono, Superduke, Streetfighter, and Speed Triple. apparentl aprilia set the benchmark then did bugger all. they do have a point. willl have to wait till the RSV4 Tuono comes out then try it again.

Yeah but it seems strange that the T won an earlier test beating both the KTM and the Triumph. They seem to have dismissed it because it doesn't have a V4 already....

Yeah, might have to dig out my old bike mags and do a little comparison. the duke did get a upgrade last year, not sure about the tripple.

They can't keep giving it to same bike even if it is still the best, might affect their mag sales and advertising revenue. Got to spread the love around, even if it is all bullshit.

2 or 3 mega roadtests in a row the Tuono won. One of the larger tests - the SD lost because of limited top speed (testers were gutted, but ktm got unlucky that it was an elimination type test and top speed is low on the SD), then the FZ1 dropped out due to ground clearance on track, and finally we were left with Speed Triple, and Tuono. Tuono won by a few more points, though allot of testers had the Trip as first place - was roughly 50/50, but the Tuono won due to more points elsewhere

sorry to disappoint you, but the Tuono ans the Speed triple are not in the same league. One is an ordinairy cheaper nice bike and the other is a ...TUONO.

The tuono was the cheapest there, it was even noted that they could have tested the factory and it would still have been the cheapest. just goes to show what deals are being done to clear old stock.
