Guys,
Looking for a list of bolt sizes, thread pitch and length if possible. Does anyone have any info. I have an 08 though sure most have not changed over the years and models.

i don't think such list exists, could be wrong

i looked into getting some ti and ally bolts and had to just go through all the parts diagrams and write down the bolts sizes by hand takes ages but i think its the only way

anyone who comes up with such a list, has far too much free time on their hands.

Never seen a list like that for any bike, perhaps there's an opening for someone there. Count up all the fasteners, get them made up in the metal of choice, Ti or stainless, and flog kits. There must be money in it.

actually what had me asking as never seen a kit, well a complete one and any portional kits ie engine are for the older models. Am sure most are the same but looking to confirm and get a list to order what i can get in titanium. Does anyone know where we could get a custom bolt done such as the axles?

Just measure stuff like everyone else does. www.inoxgrp.co.uk ive used a lot in the past, are very good and make up custom stuff too. They work in stainless though. Titanium is very for a whole bikes worth, esp bigger stuff. i would say that on a road bike the cost far outweighs the benefit of titanium

We are building a 2000 extrema from a box, now at the stage of renewing every bolt. My solution is to have a f****** great bucket of A2 stainless socket head bolts and nylock nuts, and write down the size of each bolt as it goes in. We will them have a shitload of bolts left over and a list, short step from there to flogging kits on ebay.
