I need a oil fill plug that I can safety wire, not sure how to do that with the flush plastic job on the 125.

track requirement

also I did not take a look at the drain plug but it needs to be safety wired too.

yeah stupid rule: they also require a metal chain guard.....like the plastic one would not do the job

Are you racing or doing track days?

Duct tape the oil fill.

Drill the oil waste and wire it.....

I had the same issue when I went to race mine. For the plastic fill plug, as well as the plug in the center, you can probably run a bead of silicon around the plug. That met the requirements for my local track and WERA.

For the drain plug drill part way through the bolt head, then drill in from the shoulder of the bolt. Making like an "L" shaped hole in the bolt. When they told me to try that method it sounded too difficult, but the bolt is pretty soft and was much easier than I expected. I'll go take a picture of mine and post it for you in a few minutes.

Here's the pic of how I wired my drain plug. Like I said the bolt is pretty soft, so it was easy to do.
