If it's a vacuum operated petcock it will not flow unless the motor is creating vacuum.
I.E. running or spinning the starter to create vacuum.
I assume you know this???

Is there not a 'prime' position on the tap? You can get fuel through to start up that way.

Yes, I'm turning the motor over and the hose I was told to hook-up from the carb to petcock has no vacuum. I was hopping some body can take a picture or describe as to where exactly the vacuum line attaches to the carb.
And no, there is no prime position on this tap.

The vaccum line goes to a brass connection towards the bottom of the carb on the right hand side.

Have you made sure you've got the fuel line and vaccum line on the right connections coming from the fuel tank? thats what my guess the problem is?

Their is one pipe for the petrol and one pipe on the front right hand side of the 34 carb form the vacuum. The fuel petock has to outletts ,top one for fuel pipe bottom one for vacuuum. connect the vacuum tube to the brass(gold) nipple on the right hand side on the front of the carb.Your carb will now draw petrol and work.On AF1 online shop you will see the photo of the 34 carb with the brass nipple.

Also has the carb got the nipple on for the vacuum pipe to be attached to.pjme normally put the brass nipple on for the rs125 2006 and on before selling. If you go on to pjme web page you will see their is the carb for pre 2006 bikes that does not need the vacuum and bikes 2006 onwards that does need the nipple to attch the vacuum pipe.

That brass nipple is where I have the oil injector line hooked-up. Are you guys running pre-mix ?

You should have another nipple to attach the vacuum pipe. This nipple does not come standard on the 34 carb it has to be drilled then tapped and the nipple placed on the carb.Pjme does this before they they sell the carb for the aprilia rs125 from 2006 0nwards.check the website pjme under the rs125 section and you will see what i mean.I am not running premix.

Thank you. Here is a picture of the two carbs. You can see that the one I got is missing the vacuum nipple.... ( I knew something was missing ! )
