Cycle Canada did a review this month on the Mana and it had the most ugly
fuel vapour canister tacked on the right side of the lower cylinder. Is this now what Canada will be stuck with ? Can it be easily removed without screwing up the injection ?

Hornhonker,

All Mana have the can on the bike from Aprilia, people just remove it for the look. The can is for the CO2 compliant and more bike's are imported to North America with it "nicer looking". Aperently, it's save to romove it and there are how-to posted on the net for the can removal.

Papasmurf,

I can't remember the exact web site for the write-up, but the link below will give you a good idea on the removal.

The procedure is the same as for the shiver. The only difference is the gas tank location. http://www.apriliaforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=173263
