Guys,

What is the screw size for the 2009 RS125 paddock stand bobbins? Wondering if I can use ones for a Yamaha etc.

Thanks

You need to use 8mm bobbins. You have to drill the hole a little larger, then tap threads into it.

Tap - 8 mm x 1.25

Drill Metric - 6.9 mm

-or-

Drill Std - 17/64"

The swing arm is hollow, try not to drill through the back side of it!

Whats the actual size of the pre-tapped holes on the frame?

I think it was 6mm+-

I predrilled with a 6.7mm bit and tapped with an 8 x 1.25 as previously noted. Quick and easy, no troubles.

I don't think the hole is actually tapped. It's just a 6mm hole with no threads.
