I did take off my air hose to check if it did leak, then I find it did contain some sludge or what you call it, which you find in the injector bowl some times aswell! What does that mean :O!?

It's just water condensation and oil. It doesn't means anything. To avoid it install a water trap but your engine may works perfectly even with sludge... almost all ditech have sludge.

i wonder if there is enough sludge as to clog the injector? maybe thats why you cant get it started

I had sludge in my compressor line after just a few hundred miles. It hasn't affected
performance though.

Hmm, I cant remember now.. Is it possible to tear the injector bowl apart without taking it out of the top cylinder? And without draining the coolant?

I switched to flourescent line to see what is going in & what is going out. I'll be testing it out today. It was so hot & dry last week, that I rode very little, but when I did, no sludge in the bowl. When its cooler & humid in the am, I get some water & slight sludge.
