I know this is a good price but i wish i ordered it myself as i have heard that some people get the kit from europe in 3-5 days. I would have been happy to pay more and to have had my scoot running a month ago. My dealer is an authorized dealer but getting dicked around by their malossi distributor. (roselle)
My scoot has been in pieces for 2 months in their shop because my crank bearings fried my top end which gave me the option to upgrade to 70cc.

I can still cancel the order and buy myself as i have no true committment from them for when their distributor will deliver and summer is wasting and i desperately need the transportation.

Is it true that someone here knows if i can get it in 3-5 days?
And what price and where from?

please, i would like to get it myself if it is a sure deal i can count on for fast delivery.

thanks,
carl

I've got some more tricks up my sleeve and the BBK has quite a ways to go before it's broke in. Today I feathered it to 60mph then went WOT and tucked in.... It showed 70 for a while but didn't capture it. I have seen it do that at several speeds before. I have some air mods I want to do yet including ram air induction. :burnout:

thats amazing... 70 MPH out of a 70 cc machine.. i cant wait to see what it tops out at after all the mods and break in. im gonna keep an eye on it.

70MPH is good for an injector scoot, check out this video of team OverRev's

High-Gain,

If you don't mind me asking, what did the kit set you back?

Thanks!

I ordered the Malossi 3112043 kit at 8am this morning, and they shipped this afternoon, and it will be on Thursday. Killer price, shipping was under $30(would of been $15, but I wanted it sooner). www.scooterworks.com

Thanks for that link. I just ordered the same kit. Hope I can see another 10-15kph out of mine so I can justify keeping it.

I have a RS250 but I think the SR50 is a far better commuter ;) (Noise, smoke, fuel consumption). I have 6000kms on mine and only had a starter go on me. No moisture trap. Gianelli Reverse.

Guess I should look at rollers and new belt. Not sure about the gear up kit. Don't want to be slower up hill.

Cheers

Scott
