I've seen a electric powered GPR50 on youtube, or maybe it was just on a website, somewhere anyway lol. I'll see if i can find the cid again. Sounded absolutley shit like all electric powered things do but i think it pulled about 45mph, not bad for a tree hugger.

it does have sound. Electrics arn't silent you know. You will hear the drive train mainly and the wirring the motor produces.

I know you prat, i was joking, even an electric motor would sound better than a little 50cc 2 stroke. 2 strokes only sound good if they are over 250cc imo.

Take it you've never heard a decent sized 2 stroke then? 250cc+ 2 strokes sound awesome. I do agree that 4 strokes under 400 usually sound crap (e.g. cbr125)

here we go, this is the electric derbi gpr50 i was on about earlier in this thread. The bloke reckons he gets 0-60 in 9 secs and it tops out at 75mph, all i can say is don't believe everythine you hear  lol
Like all electric things it sounds crap.
