Ok is it just me or do ditech left off no smoke at all?

Ovously not.

Ok so my mate has a Peugeot SF2, it smokes like a fuking chimly.

Also smellys like somthink is burning plastic.

We hot washed the Carb,Air filter and float.

There was sand in the bottom of the float :WTF:

So what makes the Ditechs not smoke?

Is the the injecter putting the excact 14.7:1 ratio of air and fuel mixture and burn the whole lot or is it the qulity of the stock exhaust?

The oil is injected into the crankcase on the Ditech motor. It looks like some of the oil goes into the air compressor as that must be where the sludge comes from. I think its the amount of oil thats injected that also contributes to the low emmisions. THey Ditech conforms to Euro 3 emmisions specs which are very stringent and difficult for even some 4 stroke engines to meet. Also the fuel never goes into the crankscase washing away the oil so less is required to keep everything well lubed. Sort of like a 4 stroke engine. The air assisted fuel injection I am sure also help with complete combustion too.

I'll try and find the document that claims the DiTech runs at 30.0 - 50.0:1 air/fuel ratio.
