I have just had a Yasuni exhaust fitted on my sr 50 di-tech 2004. the problem is that the bike is slower than it was before but i did not change the rollers which im thinking may be the problem. The bike has low revs and goes very slow up hills. if theres any tips on what you think it may be i would appreciate it.

Put 7 or 6.8g rollers in. Are the ones in it stock? (11g)
Good luck.

Whats the Yas, a Z or R version ?
In any case you will need lighter rolls.

I used to have it on my bike. Quite hard to setup. What is the weight of the rollers ?

Two restrictions, at the muffler and collector.

The exhaust has been de-restricted and i think they are stock rollers.

Well, buy a set of rollers and begin playing with it. If thery are 7g weights on the bike, try around 5,5/6gs to start.

Changed the rollers today and there is no improvement. it goes quickly to 10mph then just dies off.

I do not think that the electronic restriction has been taken off. Could thid be the problem and if so where can i purchase the things needed to remove it.

Your dealer has a gameboy with a card that they use to re-map the ECU.

I have heard that they pop up on ebay now and then.

I do not understand why my bike would go slower even if it hasnt had the ecu remapped because the new exhaust should increase the speed. Could it be a different problem.

If you put the scooter up on its stand and just hold the throttle open, how high does it rev up to before the rev-limiter kicks it down?

It does that very quickly but then starts to build up again.
