The Aprilia decal at the bottom of the fairing on the 04 is different to the 05

I prefer the 05 as its larger......Any ideas where i can get them from and how easy is it to take off the old decals

Cheers peeps

Taking off the old decals is simple with a hair dryer or heat gun.

I am waiting for my complete decal kit for my '05, but I only need the left side lion head cutout. I will be selling both sides of the big orange/red aprilia decal that goes on the bottom of the fairings. Let me know if you want OEM decals. thanks

Really no difference between Chris' decals and the OEM decals... but Chris can confirm this. Also, the quality of his stuff is top notch.

here are a couple of pictures of mine, i added some black lines in it so it matches up with the thin black lines of the other decals

i'd stick with the red then, it should still look good on the gray bike plus it will match the other decals

Chris -

are your decals petrol/fuel proof. After a recent stripping - of the bike, not myself - I noticed the originals are peeling / melting around the area of the evap hose.

I would like to replace said bellypan decals. Could you oblige? PM me if this is something you can help with? Price, time scales, designs and such.

Regards

Tom

Not that this is the exact answer you are looking for but as i recall Chris had the same exact issue with the factory decals degrading at the bellypan where the evap hoses protrude. I am pretty sure Chris' decals do not erode like the stockers ...

they hold up better, but fuel is still fuel and very harmfull to vinyl, mine are doing it a little, i got fed up with that hose (why do they make it so short where it barely comes through the hole?) i just pulled it up and let it flop in the fairing
