Hi it is me V Stormer (new nick new bike)
I got my factory today and i most say i can enjoy it only by looking at it, i am so happy i took in the end the factory and not the std.
The bad news is that it is raining over here so i took it from the dealer directly home from this short ride i can say that the motor is better then the 06 model i have tested, the only thing i can feel is a bit surging but not something i am going to play with other then that you can go at any RPM at any gear with no problems.

I liked the bike from the first moment but after the first service and adjusting the CO% i like it even more.
I can not remember when was the last time i owned a bike that i liked to ride it as i like to look at it, Aprilia made an excellent work on this one.
I think this bike needs two kinds of riders one is a new rider that needs a friendly bike and the other is a mature rider that had it all and now looking to have some fun on a twisty road because this bike can be pushed very hard on mountain roads

Nice bike! looks great.

I have ordered a silver pegaso which comes with the blue wheels. The reason i went for that was not really into the cleaning of spokes etc, but think the factory looks great. Is the riding position slightly different? as ready some where tends to push you forward more. Maybe nothing in it.

Hope to get the bike in the next week or so. I hope i'am as happy when the bike arrives as you are with yours.

Manxie

Yes, the seat is pushing a bit forward on the factory and it is also higher,
it does give a better control on a sporty ride but it is not as comfortable as the standard, because i am tall i want to keep the seat but i am planning to open it and level it a little bit.
i done the same in other bikes i had and it always worked

The difference between the Factory Pegaso and the standard one is not much, the biggest change is the front radial brake other stuff are just for looks and minor improvements.
But i admit i bought the factory version and not the standard only because i like all the bling bling coming with it:happy:

But if you insist this is the difference (from Aprilia site)
The components that distinguish the Pegaso Factory include:
Spoked wheels with light alloy rims
Radial front brake caliper
Radial front brake master cylinder
Aluminium, double taper handlebar
Higher seat for greater control
Carbon fibre front mudguard
Carbon fibre side guards
Carbon fibre exhaust shield

Nice looking PEG :worship: , Love all the carbon fibre goodies on the bike and those funky wheels, I've just got hold of the Carbon hand guards for mine (will fit them at the weekend and post some photo's) and they are a right bit of kit, well worth the money (44 a side! not going to tell the wife that one:mad:)
