For anyone interested i think it would be fun to get a pack of aprilia's out to Road America for the Annual Bike Races there every year. I definately think we could steal the attention away from the yamahas, kawasaki and suzuki crowd. Please let me know if your interested!!!!

Already planning on being there for 07. Haven't went in a few years but looking to get back to going regularly. Haven't decided where to stay as of yet. I like Siebkens but the Osthoff is soooo much more comfy.

Always buy my Super Tickets in advance and leave early Morning Friday for the weekend trip. We have always camped-out but last year we tried staying at a Motel in Fondulac (it was actually ok hotel-ing...parked the bikes and took a cab into DT Fondulac and had some beers/steaks/lobster). I usually go with a couple other friends but the more the merrier!

Keep in touch,
Al

It looks that even though this is quite some time off, we should have an excellent group. I will post occasionally on this thread to keep it alive. I have a list of everyones usernames who have replied up to this point and of course welcome anyone else who is interested. Should be a great weekend!

There every year and stay @ Plymouth rock campground in the new cabins for rent-right across the street. Don't forget about the trackday there the 6th through STT. See ya in June.

Can you give us a post w/a link to a website and maybe a cost to stay there? I think we would find that very useful! Thanks!

Hello All,
I've heard Seibkens (sp?) is a great place to hang out after the races and has lodging...any truth to this?
I done searches for Seibkens and come up with nothing. Last year I stayed in FonduLac but would like to find a place a lot closer to the track.

Thanks,
Al

Yes, the best party'n is there besides the campgrounds.
Motocycle parked up and down the street and sidewalks.
You should do it at least once.

The rooms are nothing special at all. Just a bed to sleep, 13" TV , shared bathrooms/showers.
We had 3 people in the little 2 bed room. one crashed on the floor.:)

I should be calling soon to reserve.

Yeah, bend over... They really jack the prices up for the races. And the shared bathrooms are always drama since the 25 cent lock is the only thing separating your hairy ass from your neighbor.

Just like the title says..I'll be watching and waiting to see if anyone in Illinois wants to ride up there Friday morning and staying the weekend. Meeting anyone from Wisco is good also. I have a couple Friends coming up there with me. the more the merrier.

I have a slight change of plans... (son graduates Fri night, Daugther graduates saturday morning).
My bike will be loaded and I will head out for EL as soon as the ceremony finishes. I should be there by 2:00 pm and staying for the Sunday races.

I'll be staying in FonDu Lac (approx 30 min way from track)

PM for CP # and I'll meet up with you guys!
