2004 RSV-R Factory with lots of extras (Florida)

$7,800-Had to reconstruct all the text for this ad as the server somehow managed to delete all the text. UPDATED PICS ON PAGE 2.

I'm regretfully selling my 2004 Aprilia RSV-R Factory with approximately 11,700 miles.r. The bike is in SW Florida and is available to view in person. Naturally, no rides without cash in my hands. I will help facilitate with shipping if necessary but would like to sell locally.

This bike comes with full Ohlins suspension front and rear, forged aluminum wheels, Ohlins steering damper and lots of carbon fiber.

Due to a shoulder injury/surgery, the bike hasn't accumulated a lot of miles in the past year. I am currently riding the bike on short trips so it does get some use and regular running. I had returned the bike to mostly stock form and had sold off a lot of aftermarket parts. Now that I'm riding, I've added parts to suit my taste. I just couldn't take the stock canisters and it was all downhill from there. All the stock parts come with the bike.

Overall the bike is in exceptional condition and has always been garage stored. It's a completely sorted bike with zero mechanical issues, no leaks, doesn't need anything fixed or replaced. It has been serviced by my local Aprilia dealer and has been a problem-free bike. Valves were checked at 8500 miles and were perfect. All the "what to look for" issues that are known to occur to the 2nd gen bikes have been addressed. Cosmetically it's also in excellent condition. There are a few small nicks but nothing major. The bike has been meticulously maintained mechanically and physically and I usually clean it, bodywork off, once a month. Always use waterless cleaner and I've never pressure washed the bike, ever.

The bike has never been down or tipped over. It has all the factory recalls performed and has a brand new sprague clutch, housing, etc...all of the major parts were replaced with new parts, as suggested by Aprillia, not just the sprague clutch itself. The stator was in good condition and was not in need of replacement (so no stator issues). Fork seals replaced with genuine Ohlins seals at 8500 miles.

Has one key and the manuals. I also have the electronic shop manuals in PDF format.

For the uninitiated, the Factory model has forged aluminum wheels, carbon fiber parts, Brembo radial brake calipers, Ohlins front fork, Ohlins rear shock, and Ohlins steering damper over the 2004 and 2005 RSVR. The 2006 RSVR's added the Ohlins front fork but not the forged rims, rear Ohlins, carbon bits or Ohlins steering damper.

Modifications:
-Updated swingarm
-Brown connectors removed
-Any potentially problematic wiring and connectors replaced
-Oil tank for the dry sump system brazed and leak free
-Updated water temperature sensor
-AF1 billet link plates
-Full passenger kit, rear pegs and rear seat
-New Yuasa battery
-New A123 battery on the way (less than 2lbs. total weight)
-CRG billet aluminum levers, black with red adjusters
-Leo Vince "Factory" titanium slip on pipes, shortened 2" (some cosmetic damage from previous owner)
-Custom DB killers for the Leo Vince exhaust to make them usable on the street
-Carbon Fiber exhaust hangers and brackets
-New Superbike grips
-Acculign black anodized billet aluminum rearsets
-Billet clutch inspection port nut (blue)
-Ceramic coated header pipes in matte black with extra full-sized 02 bungs welded on front and rear header for custom tuning
-Ultra compact digital HID low beam kit (4600K)
-Brand new valve cover gaskets with zero miles
-SuperSprox tri-metal rear sprocket, +3 for better acceleration
-EK 525 Gold x-ring chain)
-D-ring Dzus body fastener conversion kit, anodized black aluminum (Racebolts)
-Blue billet clutch and brake fluid reservoir caps
-AF1 quick release seat pins
-Second set of Ohlins fork springs 10.0 and Ohlins rear spring 1.0, new and not installed
-Wired for Escort radar detector, Garmin GPS and an electric tank bag
-Battery tender pigtails installed on the battery
-Scorpion SRi-600 with remote and shock sensor
-Bridgestone BT-016 tires front and rear, 190/55 rear, with 70% tread left
-Techspec tank grip pads in black

I have all of the stock items including the stock rear sprocket and chain.

Again, updated pictures are on the second page with some of the newer aftermarket parts installed. This is a fully-sorted bike with zero issues. All known glitches have been addressed. The bike has never had stator issues.

Guy! Got your PM. It'd be great for you both to come down but honestly, that's asking waaaay too much. You're both extremely busy and have families. I may have a local guy who can come over and help. But check your messages!

Thank you, I appreciate it! I put a lot of work into it. It's a shame I have to return it to stock.
