Dom boy, we've got both, were starting to use the Blue Ray player quite often now with the growing amount we have.

My Dad bought Final Destination in 3D the other day, he said he watched it last night and now has one fuck of a headache, I tried it for a few mins the other day, it made me feel weird as fuck and I just wanted to close my eyes :S

The picture quality is damn fine on a HD TV though

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of 3D films to be honest. I like films in HD on a nice television and that will do me.

hahaha lol dan, it's worth it though mate. even if things didn't go the way you planned eh

PS3's can suck my nob! The only thing IMO that they are useful for is like you say, playing blue ray.
The games for PS3 sucks and some of the good games are for xbox only.

Playstation was always the best, the PS1 slapped fat dick over the nintendo 64 and the PS2 was just wickid, again slapped fat dick over the xbox IMO. However the 360 is just way better than the ps3 TBH.
The only thing i don't like about the xbox is how they like to smugly show 4 or 3 red rings every year or so, then it's off to argos to get another !!!

Yeah the blue ray is a big on the PS3.

What I don't get with the PS3 though is that, why have they down graded it, well they did from the 60GB to the later models, and they always birng out that slim mother fuking thing, how gay, all they want is more money, why not use the time in making it a better console than piss arsing about with the size of it. It is one big mother fuker though aint it LOL

It's just marketing isn't it, a gimmick. At the end of the day, it's a console, not something portable so a size difference of what the normal PS3 and the Slim is doesn't really matter.

For real hardcore gamers just make your own console that is water cooled or use decent fans. They look real good.

I used to be proper into computers (mainly building, but some coding aswell). I built this one im using.

I wanted to egt a water cooling kit so i could overclock it a bit more without it frying, but i couldn't trust myself with water and a fuck load of electricity in one box lol

To be honest it's just a gimmick in my opinion. I have a Windows PC in my room along with the Xbox, a MacBook and an iPhone which all have wireless so I wouldn't use the wireless on a PS3.

What about for connecting to whatever the playstation eqivilant of xbox live is?


I'd never run wireless for xbox live and the likes as it's slower than a hardwired system and with online gaming you need all the bloody speed you can get!

I think Max means there is a browser for the PS3. I think.

Why? Wireless is much quicker than using an ethernet cable, much more reliable as well.
