ye its always the way, theres around £1500 of damage i would say at full retail, could prob do it myself for around £300 but theres other factors and the woman involved already claimed liability so i dun need to do it out my own pocket. on average does any one know how long it takes them to fix the bike up? its bin sittin in my garage for over 2 weeks!! think im going to buy a new bike next month n then make them fix the rs in their own time sort of thing.

i got a free 20 mile ride home on a flat bed when i spun the scimitar on diesel and bent the left rear driveshaft. they took it home for me and then they phoned me up and said about coming to inspect the damage and see if it would be a write off and i said it was just a bent alloy which im going to fix myself and they closed the claim

saved me agro and i fixed the car myself. now it needs a new engine though.

not had to use my bike insurance yet touch wood.
