Voltage regulator continuity issue? Updated due to being an idiot!

I've been having the early signs of charging/ battery issues... So I bought new battery (its been about 2 years) and upon further investigation, I think I may be having a stator or regulator problem. I soldered the yellow wires together about a year ago, so its a huge pain to disconnect them.

There is no continuity between the Green regulator wire and the Yellow wires. The Red wires are showing 1.3ish Mohms.

AC Voltage is about 75V at about 4500-5000 rpm... and there is proper continuity between each leg of the generator at (what used to be) the brown connector.

    Bad regulator?

    Thanks
