If you could have a cool new mod, what would it be (big or small)?

Think in terms of a modification...not off the rack. I am a fabricator and build parts for MC's and would like to get into building a few things for this bike. I have a few idea's, but would like your thoughts.

Here's an article a magazine did on my first bike a few years ago.....

I do CNC, water-jet, laser, and other types of machining and would like to build a few parts for all of us to enjoy.

How do you guys solve the NO TANK BAG dilema?

Ahhh. You should have said that in the first place.

There are tank bags that use straps if the lack of a metal tank is what you are referring to.

As far as something that's not already available, I'll have to think on it.

A full racing CF belly pan (or even plastic) would be nice if you can do that sort of thing.

    sweet.

if you do CNC, does that mean you can make (male) molds?

--I'd love to figure out a way to re-do the front end to include projector lenses.

    --a single-sided swingarm

--perhaps an F4 or Brutale-styled exhaust system... maybe even a single exhaust that is somehow integrated into the single-sided swingarm.

--short-stack exhaust.... like sawed-off shotgun style.

    --a single-sided swingarm

--a cup holder... its an idea I've always wanted to integrate into a sportbike.... detachable... why not?

--headlights that are attached to the forks, ie: move with the bike.

--some black billeted turn signals... I have looked at everything from lockheart philips, and its all kinda lame.

--has anyone put handgaurds on.... Smoto style?

k.... that was basically stream of consciousness.... I'm sure I'll regret visibly publishing these ideas in a few minutes, but I'll come up with more.

    sweet bike.

Dougan...exactly what I am looking for.....and the cup holder is not bad.

What about a storage compartment that fits under the under-tail?

Cup-holder......swear to god I thought the same thing.....lame....but useful!

Re-mount lights and such is probably a slam dunk.......I can do that with some slick 3-d brackets.

Headlight instead of looking like "THE FLY" would be real cool.....but the instrument panel would be a booger to mount I think.

What about a slick camera mount that would turn with the bars?

Just throwing ideas to get everyone's juices flowing........then we'll pick a few and I'll get to drawing/tooling.

    So......what would you want?

rotfl - you crack me up t06
But seriously, a camera mount would be really cool, and if you could whip up a working rear brake, that would be cool too, but the camera mount would be priority.

Kellermann out of Germany makes billet LED turn signals that would probably fit. Lockhart Philips is lame.
