    Look at this italian beauty

I´m not a Moto Guzzi fan but I have to admit that they make some nice bikes like the MGS 01 and this one: The V11 Scura

That is my second favorite Guzzi - a great bike for sure. A friend had a Scura a few years ago and I had first dibs when he sold it - but it just wasn't the right time so off it went.

My pops had a 1100 Sport a few years back. First Italian twin I ever rode. Actually first bike I rode out of my MSF class. As I left my Dad feared he had just killed his first born son. Hard as a rock, pulled like a tractor and shook like one too. But the sound was lovely. I may have to get another someday...

Like this one but dark brown

A couple of shots of my old one prior to sale. Must say though, the gold rims set it off.

    Cheers

I like the Ohlins forks & the anodised bit , but thats about it!!
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

I almost bought one before the Tuono. I think it looks good. But what turned me away was the problems they had/have with the aluminum flywheel. It seems they break with no warning and send the bits through the cases and lock the wheel. The Scura comes with nice Ohlins bits also.

Flywheel/clutch probs were only a prob with a few in a particular year. 00 I think. The pick of them are the late V11`s, 03 mods. Easy to pic them as they have a crossover pipe between the headers behind the front wheel. A mate has a Coppa Italia, Brian & Gehzzi pipe. Darn nice.
Who said you get slower as you get older!

    I've got a Coppa Italia.

    Love it.

I just bought a LeMans fairing for it, gonna have it color-matched and when I am done it will look like this (without the tail rig on it):
