    Italian kiss

Lovely sunny Sunday, trackday and good friends. Pushing my Tuono with new Bridgestone slicks, trying to follow my mate having racing experience. Learning lines ... adding speed ... knee down earlier and earlier. Reaching little slower cbr rider ... deciding to pass outside ... ... second gear on ... pushing little earlier than before ... too much is too much ... and ..... Italian kiss is ready.

Back wheel slides and then .... highsider ... me BANG BANG BANG ...
Tuono somehow back to balance ... me hurting like a hell . Tuono smoothly landing to the grass in the middle of the circuit.

Microbroken ribs, bruises here and there, helmet gone, suit "improved" and proof of Italian kiss in my neck .

Lucky me (I mean bike is OK!)

Eagerly waiting for the next trackday anyway, it's so fun and you feel being alive.

Wow! Your Tuono really loves you

Glad to hear you are not too hurt! How did the bike suffer such little damage?
"Tuono doesn't want to gently take your hand and guide you on a trip, it wants to rip it off and run away with it! I always get the feeling that to ride a Tuono you have to be a real man, prepared to fight it every step of the way, where as on the Triumph you can have an off day and not be left feeling inadequate"

    Thaks!

Bike was throwing me off and wheel spin forced it back to balance. It was riding alone out of the circuit and finally smoothly landed to it's left side to the soft grass.

Pity that the side stand was not on .
I didn’t have time enough to put it on .

Feeling OK allready, ribs are taking some time to heel.

    All the best!

From the way he described it the rear broke wide then caught traction, came upright and probably shook him off but it stayed on two wheels and coasted into the grass before falling over.

Glad to hear you're doing ok and the bike's not too bad off. Sounds like you got the worst of it.
