    BBK On standard Bike

Ok, my bikes going to a mechanic tomorow to get it working again. But it might turn out the head is warped badly or somethign similar has gone wrong there.

My bike is simply derestricted, still has standard exhaust.

I want to know if i have to get performance exhuast before 70cc kit?
If i get a kit it will be cast iron i think as after reading a doog few postings, tehy are more reliable and last longer? althoguh no t as powerfull.

Is it best to get it first, then BBK and Carb and Crank?

    Cheers,
    khris

Bet your O-rings are leaking, so maybe better to get a crank fitted right away if thats the case.
Than get a nice exhaust and BBK.

bikes gone to a mate whos a mechanic

yes taken teh top end off and said the gaskets which i ordered froma dealer are just patants and are complete sh*t so hes getting new 1s on tuesday aparntly and the orings hes ordering in.

then hes going to take the bottom end apart to sort out the pump o rings and the gearbox etc.

ill get that all sorted then probably have to get my exhaust. not going to get a BBK strate after fuinally getting my head working! lol

so just exhaust first and upjet the carb. And a crank as soon as ive got the money, plus fitting i think.

    cheers.

Ive hese taking the engine apart and replacing the crancshaft seals, its better to change the crankshaft now to...
or you need to take the engine apart again for the fitting of the crankshaft and again replace all the seals and gaskets...
