I have one sr 50 with minarelli motor and 1 year ago I kited my bike...i buy a HEBO cilinder and the rest of the kit is polini...the bike is more faster but is also more problematic...last resivion cost 216€...

How come my attachment isn't showing up?
here's another portmap, this time it's from a Yamaha Jog scooter which i ported to PRO RACE specs i'll try to post a stock untuned 50cc cilinder when i get my hands on it. this cilinder is tuned for very high rpm drag racing so 14,000 is the nominal rpm i'm striving for.
port durations are the wildest i've ever made so far so i hope this cilinder works or i have just wasted countless hours of porting & not to mention loads of money for machining & new oversized piston kit.

tiba its not radical except for square exhaust port and width
i got 50cc cylinders with ex port raised so much it broke out of fins and holed !
i cut the fins out and welded the hole then rewelded the fins back on !
i got a cylinder with ex port 17mm from top with transfers 28mm from top with squish so tight piston putting impresion mark on cylinder , timing retarded so much it dont even pull below 11000 rpm , we run them with 17/31 gears on big track so there is some lag at start but after that it flys

that's why i kept it below 18mm ex port ht. i hate to weld a cilinder so i made my timings a bit conservative so i can raise it a bit later when needed.
maybe if i get another cilinder i'll try a more radical port spec. you use TJT pipes on the 50 too?
BTW it's good to know you have some use for the 17/31 gears i sent you, have you used the Malossi primary gears yet on the EVO 70?

yes using TJT on 50cc too , they are very peaky with power starting at 11000 and lag badly at start with tall gearing .. remind you we are running 215 on exhaust with stock pulies
