Have you got a good Dealership?

    Ok,
So we all here about how bad dealer support is, how bad spare parts are to get hold of! How crap this dealer is or that dealer is. I know this is a mainly USA based forum however Aprilia is a world wide company with a world wide dealer network.
I can understand owners being pissed when they don't get the service they deserve, and I'm not advocating the continued support of dealerships that provide poor or inadiquate support.
I would also like to believe that Ap UK, Ap USA and Ap EU actually visit this site to get a market feel for product reception and how the punters are feeling about thier product support
I for one have used dealers both in the UK and a couple here in Germany and have never had anything but excellant support from them, and not wanting to rub salt into any wounds, have had a excellant spares supply, either I'm lucky with the 2 dealers (within 20 miles) holding a decent supply or aprilia germany has got there act together.

I personaly would just like to say thank you Aprilia for an excellant bike and thank you for excellant european dealer support.

OK normal service will resume in 5 minutes

We have a good one here

in Seattle, Moto International is great. Rated as the best dealer in the area for several years for any brand, they know what to do to keep these things running right and treat you like a real person, not just a wallet. Part of this is because they have had to live on Aprilia/Guzzi for years-they don't have another line (was a Guzzi dealer before). Also, they understand that it's a long-term relationship that is necessary to keep the specialty bike dealer going. No kids or squids here, just real guys that know what to do. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about the dealer here in Calgary. Incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. Definitely in it for the love of it. Aprilia, Ducati and NCR dealer only. They'll do anything they can to help, and truly value their customers.

Our local dearer is fantastic! No issues here...

In the true "AmericanPie" tradition... "What's their name beotch, say their name!"

I've fallen in love with Spectrum Motorsports in the OC. With that and the freeways down there I'd move south.

Touring Sport Aprilia BMW Ducati located in Greenville, SC is very good. The GM is a long time racer and has raced Aprilia's for the last 3 or 4 years. Everyone who works there is a true rider. Their number is 864-232-2269 if you need something.

    You must be lucky.

My parts situation is catastrophical - and I am in Germany. Had to wait for months on end for some really easy parts (exhaust spring, sourced them somewhere else), some other parts weren't even available anymore, neither by Aprilia Germany nor by Aprilia Italy / HQ: Mounting screws for the Mille / Falco steering damper. Discontinued - after 1 year out of production!

Had to buy a used damper from a Mille off ebay, JUST TO GET THE SPECIAL SCREWS AND WASHERS!

Dealer support of my local Aprilia / Kawa Stealer was a total nightmare as well - he seems to pissed off with his Aprilia side of the business, as well as deteriorated prices (I bought my Falco at another dealer as a one year old with 3800km for less than €6k in '04 - that shocked the Dealer to bits...).

However, I found a more enthousiastic Ducati / MVAgusta / Aprilia Dealer 20km away who has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. But I dread the day that I need some more specific parts...

    Newcastle Australia

Great dealer mainly Suzuki but has Polaris and Aprilia.

Ordered a mille boot for the Futura and it arrived in 4 days.

Warranty on a seat post that broke took less than 2 weeks.

Up till now great service but my mechanic has left to go racing and so will have to see how services go from now.

Hmmm.... Can we say that AF1 is a dealer yet? If so then they get my vote for being a great dealership!
