    dunlop 209gp?

Does anyone know if the 190-60-17 dunlop 209gp will clear the rear hugger? Anybody ever try them on the street? I have a chance to get a set of take-offs for basically free and am wondering how cold blooded they are. Anybody ever try them on the street? I realize they are not recomended as a street tire but I've been using Supercorsas which are also Dot race tires and they seem to work ok. What do you think?

I removed my hugger after the tire ate through it. This happened at Rd. Atlanta which has a high speed straight.

It will clear depending on the placement of the rear wheel. If it's too far forward it will eat a hole in your hugger. You will never fit a tire warmer on it unless you toss the hugger though.

Has anybody tried these on the street? If so how cold blooded are they compared to the Pirreli Supercorsa's?
