    Full power

most ppl say about a full power (33hp) 125 by the addition of a power valve correct??
is it full power only with the addition of the power valve. if you start putting 34mm carbs and racing exhausts on does it make it more then 33hp?

on late models, theres different CATs in the exhaust and stuff too.

even with 34mm and mods, youll be lucky to see 33bhp, let alone go above it

oh rite so for it to be 'full power' u really need a derestricted exhaust and a bigger carb?!

full power is a fully operating PV fitted, thats what most people mean when theyre buying / selling an RS125. CATs in exhausts etc, are just extra things to get the bike through emissions test.

    oh right cheers!

34mm carb, PiperX panel filter, carbon reeds, cdi mod, 16/40 gearing.

so 34mm carb, obvious improvements. panal filter- does that do alot?
    carbon reeds i know bout
CDI mod, is that just the enviromental dip removed by cutting the bridge?
16/40 gearing. what is the stock gearing and what kinda of speeds do u expect to see at say 11,000rpm in top gear?

No idea againt the stock filter because I went from a conical straight to the pannel, doesn't feel any different to the conical. Much easier to setup though.
CDI mod is just the bridge cut.
17/40 stock gearing, no idea about top speed, I hardly look at the speedo, probably about 95ish at 11k.

wouldnt 16/40 be slower then 17/40? im pretty sure it is cos you go up teeth on front for more top speed

edit*- has any of u thought bout putting a scottoiler on your bike?
how much longer would it preserve the chain and sprockets for?
